Concert with the Drammen Symphony Orchestra

On May 30, the Paris Choral Society will join with visiting guests, the Drammen Symphony Orchestra and Oslo Oratory Choir for a special concert to celebrate the Drammen Symphony Orchestra centenary.
Back home in Norway the 100 year celebrations will include the Drammen Symphony Orchestra performing Handel’s Messiah in one of the biggest churches in Oslo in May 2019 together with Sølvguttene (The Norwegian broadcasting boys’ choir) and Oslo Oratory Choir.
The program at the American Cathedral will include excerpts from Handel’s Messiah, Finlandia by J. Sibelius and R. Vaughan William’s Toward The Unknown Region.
